Sofia and many other kids with connective tissue disorders benefit from the research and work that is done by the Marfan Foundation. This South Florida Walk is actually sponsored by the hospital where Sofia receives all her treatments. So please join us in this virtual walk and help raise money for this wonderful cause. Walk for Victory is The Marfan Foundation’s nationwide walk program held in various cities across the country to bring the Marfan syndrome and related conditions community together. The walks are non-athletic, family-oriented events that focus on fundraising and fun.

Our goal for the Walk for Victory program is to raise money to continue supporting our mission of saving lives and improving the quality of life for everyone living with Marfan syndrome, vEDS, and other genetic aortic conditions. Thanks to community support, the Foundation pursues the most innovative research and makes sure that it receives proper funding. We create an informed public and educated patient community and conduct medical education to increase early diagnosis and ensure life-saving treatment.
